Established retailer seeks professional individual for the role of Human Resource Manager.
Budget for the role : $10,000
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR team in workforce planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, HRIS, and international assignments.
- Work closely with the key stakeholders to formulate and review HR policies and drive key HR initiatives.
- Support the business partners in HR matters and ensure the provision of quality HR advice and services.
Requirements
- Degree in HR Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
- IHRP-CP/SP certified is preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail/service industry
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing a team
