Plant Manager / Superintendent – Genting Road ( 6 day)
- Min diploma in CIvil / Mechanical engineering or its equivalent
- preferably 3 year of relevant experience in the field of construction / building materials specializing in the manufacturing of ready-mix concrete or its related products
- good knowledge and working experience in managing a ready-mix batching plant, prodcust quality and well verse of ISO documentations
- possess good knowledge and working experiencee in concrete technology and concrete quality control
- to manage and supervise a team of operational staff, batching operators and mixer truck drivers of a batching plant
- to oversee the maintenance & logistics of the concrete batching plant
- to be responsibel for all technical and quality aspects of ready-mix concrete
- analysis , process control, quality testing & control of raw materials , in porcess and finished products
- to ensure the quality of concrete produced well met the customers’ specification
- to initial research, develop and formulation of new products and improved existing products
- attend to plant enquiry and working closely with plant personnel to resolve issues arise
- documentation for ISO certification
- Possess class 3 driving licence is an added advantage but not necessary
- Basic salary : S$ 4500 – S$ 6000 neg
