Reputable BCA Level 1 aircon company serving commercial n retail client
Job scope:
To provide prompt and efficient maintenance and repair services for the commercial property
(1) Mechanical
To trouble shoot and repair BAS system (building automation system) for chiller, cooling tower, AHU, FCU
(2) Electrical
To trouble shoot and repair electrical system includes HT (high tension) switch gears and low voltage (LV) distribution board with standby generator, extra low voltage (ELV) includes cctv equipment, fire alarm
Requirement:
3 years hands on experience as M&E technician for commercial building (NOT supervisory role)
Work location :Island wide
