Job Description:
- Provide RF technical site survey, cell data and parameters design, network quality verification and analysis with drive test.
- To work for LTE/WCDMA project implementation for rollout project as RF role.
- To work for wireless network performance improvement project as RF role.
- To Provide LTE/WCDMA network performance monitoring and optimization, trouble-shooting, analyzing trace logs, drive test log files etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or above in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field or relevant experience specific to telecommunication.
- Bachelor Degree minimum 1 year experience in RF planning and optimization.
- Comprehensive understand the fundamentals of WCDMA/ LTE systems (indoor sys included).
- Hands-on experience in the areas and tools of network optimization.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment and under press.
