Role Profile:
Representing a Luxury Brand, the Beauty Therapist is directly responsible for taking care of guests’ facial needs. She/he performs an array of treatments designed to address the primary wellness needs of our clients. Professional flexibility and broad based skills permit more variety in work activities. The Facial Therapist contributes to the extension of the customer’s experience by offering home care and performing product sales.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the most therapeutically beneficial, professionally elegant and consistent facial treatment available for our customers
- Educate clients about self-care and home care
- Performs all facial treatments therapy available
- Conducts consultation to evaluates client’s individual needs and expectations and determine most effective program
- Manage appointments and keep on time
- Interacts cooperatively with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
- Be sensitive to each guest’s comfort level and service needs
- Presents a warm, gracious and professional qualities for customers and co-workers
- Adheres to a high professional standard in dress, grooming, language and lifestyle
- Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness and visual presentation
- Actively builds repeat clientele
- Sales skills, meets retail sales performance requirements
- Consistently records and updates client records
- Helps in performing other expected tasks and duties: stocks, treatment rooms’ cleanliness, assist in bookings, etc
- Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
- CIDESCO/CIBTAC Certificate is mandatory
- Familiar with facial treatment processes
- Retail sales and customer service experience are highly desired.
