The Role
As the Assistant Marketing Manager at Refract Technologies, you’ll be responsible for curating engaging touch points across all outward facing channels. This role will see you flexing the full spectrum of your marketing muscles - between proposing and executing successful campaigns, defining timelines, collaborating with other internal product and corporate development teams, and getting your hands on creating all manner of marketing materials as well.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and user engagement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal alignment with marketing goals.
- Collaborate within an agile team environment to develop cohesive marketing strategies.
Performance Marketing
- Analyse campaign performance using metrics such as CPA, CTR, and CPC, and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine approaches for improved campaign results.
- Efficiently manage budgets to maximize ROI and meet financial objectives.
Conversion Optimisation
- Analyse and optimize conversion funnels to boost sales and marketing efficiency.
- Implement strategies to enhance funnel performance, driving increased conversions.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing tactics with sales goals.
SEO and Content Production
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Perform keyword research and optimize content for better search rankings.
- Manage content calendars and lead the production of high-quality content, utilizing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Premier.
- Create visually compelling marketing materials and digital content.
Reporting and Analytics
- Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Regularly report to management on the results and ROI of campaigns.
- Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, continually refining marketing strategies.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Proficiency in SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and content production.
- Experience with content production tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Premier.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, agile environment.
