Accounts & Admin Manager

Job desctiption :

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

· Management of Journal Entry, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables functions

· Responsible for month and year end closing

· Preparation of bank reconciliation and GST returns

· Coordinate year end audits

· Handle full set of accounts including AR,AP,GL and etc

· Prepare audit schedules and support auditor in conducting external audit.

· Ensure daily operations issues are resolved for accounts and finance team

  • Provide other administrative support and other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Accounts
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills, computer literate and experience in computerized accounting system
  • Experience in SAP accounting software would be advantageous
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good sense of urgency and works independently
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skill, initiative and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
