- Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery.
- Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services.
- Maintain customers install base records.
- Maintain good working relationship with customers.
- Ensure the committed services are delivered and meet customers’ expectations and needs.
- Liaise with contractors for installation works.
- Review and troubleshoot electrical and automation problems.
- Develop software programming, site testing & commissioning for PLC, HMI, SCADA and VFD, Soft starter, Power Meter
- Ready to learn new products & Technology.
- Provide on-site tech support for PLC/HMI/SCADA/VFD/Soft starter/Power Meter, Guidance to product installation, troubleshooting of our products.
- Willing to provide hands-on pre & post sales technical solutions to support sales team.
- Review engineering specifications, drawings, and work instructions, for fulfillment of customer requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
- Experience in PLC and HMI Programs for machine controls
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Able to work as a team
- Provide technical supports in a professional manner.
- Experience in Industrial Automation Products troubleshooting and commissioning like VFD/Soft starter/Power Meter/Breakers etc will be added advantage
