Part-Time Admin Asst
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Daily activities
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Working closely with the Operations Manager
- Knowledge of Admin work, Data Entry, Invoices & Scheduling of buses
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
2. Weekly reporting
- Updates on work given reports
- Status of jobs scheduling
3. Monthly duties
- Statement of Accounts to clients
- Call / Whatsapp clients on pending payments
4. Job Requirements
- The work is divided into working from home or at the office (Eunos) we will give schedule weekly
- Committed, willingness to learn & independent
- 5 days of work
- Mon to Fri
- 6am-12pm / 1pm-7pm
- Prefebably staying in Paya Lebar or Eunos area
Salary $600 monthly
