Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with the respective parties including main contractor, sub-contractor, suppliers for timely planning, scheduling & delivery, installation (if any) of the precast components.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments such as production, design and mould department for the planning and scheduling of the precast component production.
- Resolve project issues such as quality, site issues (pertaining to our product), project schedule, clients / project requirements, contractual liabilities, etc.
- Good understanding of the contract and strong control of the project cost which is vital to the well-being of the company.
- Attend site meeting and ensure that client’s feedback is effectively incorporated.
- Take progressive photos of project’s status & issues and prepare for reports and updates to Management
- Manage logistics and schedules for delivery of finished products to clients.
- Manage, control and order of raw materials for project.
- Create project database.
- Study drawings and prepare mould grouping as per project schedule within project cost.
- Prepare timely monthly progress claims to clients and verify monthly progress claims submitted by sub-contractors.
- Ensure main contractor’s payment response is received on time and reconciled.
- Co-ordinate with Contracts department with issues relating to cost, variations etc
- Co-ordinate with Accounts department information required on progress claim, payment response and reports.
- Prepare project final accounts with proper documentations.
- Keep the project related correspondences and records in orderly manner.
