Responsibilities typically include:
· Seeking out new customers and sales opportunities for driving revenue
· Develop the China market and grow new market in Asia
· Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
· Apply learnings and experiences to streamline sales processes
· Initiate promotional activities for the company
· Analyse sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential
· Ability to use various lead generation tools to create a database of potential business
· Manage the weekly & monthly sales pipeline effectively
· Effectively execute and manage on every element of the sales process at both individual level and team level
Skills & Qualifications
· Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organisations
· Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven track record
· Prior experience in the Travel/Hospitality industry will be an added advantage
· English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required; Other Asian languages or dialects (spoken) desirable
· Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and go after them with gusto
· Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources
· Problem solving attitude
· Resourceful and excellent service skill sets
· Ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
