Location: Tuas/ Great World City
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall control.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects for Finance department excellence.
- Support Senior Manager on monthly review of entities financial performance, follow up on queries and ensure closure of action items.
- Work closely with yard Finance Managers to support yard director and group management to achieve Financial KPIs.
- Review projects profitability and submit monthly report to management, explaining delta costs and margins achievements against forecast.
- Cash flow management, including cash flow forecast and review of foreign exchange hedging requirements.
- Credit review and release for new customers, release of sales orders and variation orders in SAP
- Support in ad hoc projects when appropriate, including resolving issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or its equivalent.
- Prior experience in Commercial FP&A or business partnering.
- Qualified accountant with at least 10 years post qualifying experience in relevant roles.
- Experience in SAP preferred.
- Attention to details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
- Strong collaboration, consensus building, problem resolution and communication skills
