Responsibilities:
- Managing corporate databases, mail and documents.
- Document filing and sorting.
- Completing purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and good receipts; submitting general procurement papers .
- Replenishment of pantry supplies and office items
- Organize monthly bills.
- Plan charitable activities and initiatives.
- Handling employees passes.
- Source quotations and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant
- Microsoft Office programs
