Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, certifications, and qualifications to assess candidate suitability.
Client Relationship Management:

Negotiation and Offer Management:

Candidate and Client Development:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Human Resources, Business, etc.).
