We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our busy and friendly team in Singapore. We are looking for a motivated self-starter to provide office and travel management support to the team, whilst also being responsible for the daily office activities to ensure things runs smoothly.
You shall carry out the following job responsibilities with due diligence and to the best of your skills and knowledge; and comply with any reasonable instructions given to you by the Company in relation to your employment.
You are to provide administration and operational support to the staff nominated by the Company on tasks including but not limiting to the followings:
- Office Maintenance / Facility Management
- Office Events Management
- Travel Policy SOP setting and upkeeping
- Corporate Hotel vendors management
- Corporate Travel agencies management
- Employees' travel supervision and trouble shooting
- Employees' travel insurance claims submission and monitoring
- Travel / Schedule management
- Internal meeting management
- Any ad hoc projects and/or tasks assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Preferably degree of Business Administration/ Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant corporate executive experience in similar industry serving the senior management preferred.
- Resourceful, disciplined, organized, committed and multitasked.
- Ability to work independently, with integrity, confidentiality, maturity and within deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, coordinating and problem-solving skills.
