Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR Operations including but not limited to recruitment, HR business partnering, compensation & benefits, performance & talent management, payroll, employee engagement etc.
- Ensure all required information and employee data are accurately maintained and updated promptly in HRMS and employee personnel files.
- First point of contact for all employees’ queries on human resources and welfare matters.
- Source for appropriate learning and development solutions or programs according to business and employee needs
- Responsible for monthly Singapore payroll processing and manage the overseas payroll vendor on monthly payroll checking, reporting and payment.
- Ensure that all HR policies and practices are complying and aligned with the business and local statutory requirements.
- Assist in any HR projects as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience
- Good knowledge of HR practices as well as HR systems
- Demonstrated expertise in wide range of HR operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships, and engage stakeholders at various levels
- Positive, detail-oriented and results-driven. Resourceful and possess strong initiative to drive progress
- Ability to work independently as well as be an active team member within the HR team and across teams/department
- Ability to manage complexities and ambiguities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
