Responsibilities
- Investigate the plants and pint out issues, and plan how to improve the system form the viewpoint of quality control.
- Conduct tests for food quality and packaging.
- Maintain standards and quality processes in food manufacturing operations.
- Manage laboratory operations.
- Manage quality assurance and quality control framework.
- Rectify issues of non-compliance
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant quality control in food manufacturing or similar
- Basic knowledge of microbes and HACCP
- Basic knowledge of equipment used in food laboratory.
- Flexibility for working hours depending on the production schedule.
