We are a Private Equity Fund specialized in the consumer sectors. We are currently expanding our Singapore Team to cover the emerging market deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in fundamental research of the Southeast Asia and other emerging markets, especially in the consumer and TMT sectors
- Write deep dive industrial research reports and company analysis reports in Mandarin.
- Assist the manager to prepare PowerPoint presentation for ongoing deals
- Attend the meetings and conference calls when necessary
- Support the Investment Team in all aspects of project deliverables, investment and operations
- Financial analysis, modelling and forecasting
- Project due diligence process
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business or relevant disciplines
- At least 1 year experience in accounting, finance, private equity, sell-side / buy-side research or other relevant fields
- Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner, meticulous, proactive, innovative and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with Mandarin and English
- Speaking Bahasa Indonesia will be advantageous
