Job Description
- Oversee ICP & XRF and lead research and development of analytical and recovery methods.
- Collaborate with the business and team members to enhance capabilities for efficient Precious Metals sample analysis and recovery strategies.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for testing and analysis.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and retaining lab staff, ensuring skill development.
- Manage daily lab operations, including analyzing precious metals content through scientific methods and other related duties.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry or equivalent.
- 5+ years of laboratory management experience.
- Knowledge of ISO renewals.
- Comfortable with working location at Westerm of Singapore (Penjuru Tech Hub, Jurong Aera).
