Job responsibilities:
· Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
· Log bugs and enhancement requests
· Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
· Resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion
· Escalate customer complaints to management or vendor for quick/timely resolution
· Assist with piloting of new tools, technologies, and/or processes
· Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for issue arise
· Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
· Monitor the network infrastructure, security to ensure availability to users in a secure and controlled manner
· Perform system administrative tasks including regular backups.
· Perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Computer Science
· Previous working experience in IT Technical support for 4 years
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
· In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Office 365, Firewall and network/communication infrastructure.
· Cloud deployment and maintenance experience is preferred.
