About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in the insurance field, with over 30 years of expertise. Leveraging on its strong and established relationships with industry partners, they have built their reputation on providing a wide array of insurance solutions. They are now looking for someone to head up their Corporate Solutions team.
Job Description
- Manage & grow the overall portfolio to meet the department's targets - New & Renewal Business
- Oversees and manages the daily operations and business activities of the Corporate Solutions Department
- Ensure Teamwork and align roles & responsibilities for maximum effectiveness
- New Business development strategies
- Ensure excellent retention rate on existing portfolio
- Renewal invitation to be executed diligently at least 60 days before expiry
- Develop Cross Sell strategies with other Business Units & Existing Clients
- Ensure prompt premium collection for new business
- Gather market studies and/or feedbacks and take necessary action
- Managing escalations from the team and work closely with the General Manager for the overall succession planning of all team members
- Carry out any other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- About 6 years of B2B Insurance experience including team management
- Knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Good analytical, communication and time management skills
- Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Able to manage high transaction volume and in a fast-paced environment
- BCP, PGI, CGI & HI Certifications are required
