Centre Manager

Out Of The Box Academy Pte. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Follow up actively on leads, applications, and enrolments via phone and email.
  • Arrange and conduct both physical centre visits at multiple locations
  • Work alongside various departments to achieve individual and overall group enrolment targets
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and training
  • Conduct market research and assist in sales & marketing activities and campaigns
  • Develop new avenues of business and participate in roadshows, related fairs, exhibitions and/or workshops

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Positive disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and results-driven
  • Able to work independently
  • Familiar with social media platforms and competent in Microsoft Office tools
  • Familar with the primary school system.
