Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up with IT vendors on IT service level delivery, infrastructure/hardware issues and errors
- Collaborate with all sites of IT vendors as well as internal application project and support teams to provide technical knows-how related to infrastructure and security
- Comfortable with hands-on technical responsibilities and be on-the-ground to assess and solve technical problems
- Drive standardization of infrastructure, security including policies and procedures.
- Manage daily IT operations including managing on premise networks, firewalls and servers, MS Office 365, AVs and security
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects
- Help to ensure that infrastructure/cloud solutions implemented in the Company are economically viable
- Ensure security, compliance, governance and policies are adhering
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervsior
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in providing IT support to end-users.
- Strong technical skills in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software on user workstations and laptops.
- Knowledge of network administration, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Microsoft Windows, Server Administration, Active Directory, VMware
- MS Office365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users, management, and vendors.
