Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the Orchard branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children's fashion, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Provide product recommendations and styling advice based on customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with restocking merchandise and visual merchandising efforts
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior retail experience preferred, especially in the fashion or kids-related industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week, minimum 40 hours per week, including at least one day on the weekends (Public holidays paid extra if opted to work)
- Passion for children's fashion and footwear
- Bilingual proficiency (Fluent in English, Proficient in Chinese or Korean) is an advantage
