Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Graphic Designer, where creativity meets strategy. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in conceptualizing, designing, and producing outstanding creatives that align with our marketing strategies and enhance our brand across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Creativity :
Craft innovative designs based on briefs from the Marketing Team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Photography and Videography :
Skillfully shoot and edit photo and video content, effectively bringing our products to life across various media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu , and YouTube.
Digital and Print Media :
Develop graphics and templates for our website and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with our digital standards. Also, prepare artwork for print media, adapting designs to suit different formats.
Vendor Management :
Collaborate with vendors for printing needs, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
Branding :
Create logos, icons, and infographics that resonate with our corporate branding and visual identity.
Collaboration :
Engage closely with the marketing team to understand and meet design requirements, contributing to our business objectives with your creative insights.
Storytelling :
Provide creative direction for a range of materials, including retail, print, events, and promotional campaigns.
Presentation Design :
Develop presentations for key meetings, translating complex ideas into visually engaging formats.
Qualifications:
- Experience in graphic design, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Skilled in photography and videography, including post-production editing.
- A solid grasp of design principles, effective branding strategies, and marketing fundamentals. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively within a team. A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to take on ad hoc tasks as directed by management.
