Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Set priorities and contingency plans to maintain effectiveness given the limitation of budget constraints
- Propose and respond to client requests for any additional work required, and ensures that all variation orders are feasible and capable of being completed on time and within budget
- Monitor the project costs to ensure the profitability and legal compliance of the overall project
- Analyze and optimize project cash flow, revenue, margins, and bill rates variation
- Report to Managing Director
Job Requirement:
- More than 10 years’ façade project management experience
- Good in planning and cost management
- Have good presentation skills to effectively convey your ideas to clients and contractors
- Highly motivated and a good team player
- Dynamic with excellent communication and time management skills.
