People Experience Partner

Our People Experience Partner (PXP) teams will strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating and enhancing moments that matter. PXP teams will activate HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees whilst working with Business and HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle.


PXPs will use their business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge to enable Business and HR priorities. PXPs will deep dive, surface insights, and influence HR Service Delivery and HR/Talent COEs to improve and when required rebuild policies, processes, and tools that will enhance moments that matter unleashing our talents to do their best work.


Key Accountabilities


Functional Knowledge:

  • Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy.
  • Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.
  • Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.
  • Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.
  • Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results.
  • Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management.
  • Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support.
  • Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion and stabilisation of new business with great consideration given to employee experience.
  • Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground”.
  • Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and hand offs to other HR stakeholders.
  • Support the growth strategy, including M&A, of the business by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, and restructuring including re-deployment and RIF paperwork.
  • Work with HR Service Delivery as needed to identify and resolve employee data issues. Actively leverage the HR technology in order to drive value and result.

Business Expertise:

  • Experience of delivering HR and Operational activity within a complex organization with the ability to balance JLL and client needs.
  • Highly skilled in utilising data and technology to drive business performance and organisation efficiency.

Skills & Competencies


Leadership:

  • Drive the growth of the workforce on the ground, serving as a local HR professional
  • Skilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee events, programs, etc.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities.

Problem Solving:

  • Ability to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to ensure an inclusive environment.
  • A passion to work with people across a variety of backgrounds teaching and learning from people across the organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a starter finisher mentality with acute attention to detail

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Ability to adjust styles of communication to varying situations to effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders.
  • Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to employees and managers.

Qualifications / Experience / Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in working in a matrix organisation.
