Head of Marketing

Petcubes Pte. Ltd.

Strategy Development

(a) Grow a strong brand with life-time value to delight customers;

(b) Lead marketing team and business partners to strategize and execute with excellence, growing core business and furthering future opportunities, including conducting of semi-annual KPIs and appraisals of the team;

(c) Review and develop growth strategies to deliver market share via pricing, portfolio, market segment, GTM and channel strategy assessment for SG and overseas markets;

(d) Builds knowledge and understanding of product assortment with Nutrition team in order to develop effective marketing communications;

(e) Competitive Intelligence – analyze data and consumer focus groups to understand local market’s consumer perception vs competition;


Go-to market

(f) Create fully integrated plan to strengthen brand presence;

(g) Clearly define portfolio role of each market with focus area on where-to-play, how-to-win;

(h) Develop distinct go-to-market strategy for each overseas market and lead execution plan;

(i) Develop annual budget plan for customer business development activities and timely review with Finance controlling on overall P&L to drive profitable growth;

(j) Own route-to-market and plan for demand/supply of goods with production team;

(k) Participate in the implementation of marketing strategy and event management

Performance and digital marketing

(l) Review and identify key business drivers to arrive at efficient investment model;

(m) Lead marketing communications with team and review artworks, claims, graphic designs and brand communications prior to publications;

(n) Create brief and toolkits based on aligned strategy and for reapplication between markets;

(o) Develop framework to assess right-to-win in each market;

(p) Drive strategic revenue management with optimal pricing/mix/promotions/trade fund spends for sustainable YOY growth;

(q) Mentor junior members of the marketing department to guide them to achieve more for the company; and

(r) Organization and employee motivation to achieve better productivity and results.
