Responsibilities
- Account management, locally and regionally, to increase visibility of resort offerings and generate revenue for the organization.
- Develop strategy with partners to drive KPIs, create innovative programs and drive growth in each market.
- Develop unique partnership cases to drive first of the kind experience for our guest.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on the execution of partner’s or joint events, customer engagement, building on marketing contents for successful collaborative projects.
- Maintain co-marketing campaign calendar, while ensure alignment with resort marketing campaign.
- Handle contracting details with prospective partners through collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years demonstrable experience in pitching, converting and managing partnerships in premium lifestyle services & luxury brands, or similar multinational company.
- Proven track record in growing scale regional partnership accounts involving numerous stakeholders.
- Strong networking skill and possesses understanding of project and event management techniques.
- Experience in identifying insights and presenting concepts with actionable plans.
- Team player and possess a sense of urgency in work deliverables.
- A Degree in marketing, business or related fields.
