Job Description
- Oversee the Marketing team of Spring College International
- Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns
- Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Blog, LinkedIn, Youtube)
- Creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities
- Develop marketing materials and strategies
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Manage social media marketing and digital advertising campaigns
- Manage all marketing content, email, social media, PR and marketing initiatives to increase Spring College’s brand trust and visibility, traffic, SEO, lead generation and engagement to our website and social channels and ensure that all contents are up-to-date
- Measure performance of marketing efforts
- Perform industry market research
- Participate in management and term review, strategic planning and department workplan
- Carry out monthly training to team members
Academic Qualifications:
- Diploma holder and above in Marketing related field
Skills Required:
- At least two years of relevant working experience in marketing
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin speaking associates
- Possess leadership quality
- Creative and good in copy writing
- Proficient in Adobe software skills, Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Responsible and accountable individual
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin with international customers
- Ability to work in an environment with goals and challenges
