Responsibilities
- To keep track of the location and ETA of vessels we are expecting and updating the operations sheet accordingly
- To plan schedule and issue instructions to boarding officer for delivery of ship stores
- To coordinate with Purchasing to ensure that all ship stores have arrived on time
- To ensure that all ship stores are picked, consolidated and packed by Warehouse staff and ready for delivery by designated time
- To ensure that Delivery Orders and Invoices are duly signed/stamped and brought back by Boarding Officer or collected from 3rd party agent.
- To ensure all Delivery Orders and invoice are ready on time or earlier for delivery.
- To resolve issues faced by boarding officer onboard at anytime.
- To be responsible for the receipt of cash payments and cash sales invoices that are collected by boarding officers
- To correspond with customer and coordinate with Administration for any additional orders/enquiries.
- Ensuring the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained.
- To handle off landed spares
- To ensure that all spares are delivered on time, with the correct quantity and quality as specified by the vessel.
- To handle customer's ship spares also import/export, DSA, etc.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 5.5-day work week
- Salary negotiable depending on relevant experience/skills
