Job Overview
As a Customer fulfillment executive, your role will be to maintain our customer’s end-to-end experience, which involves customer service and fulfillment. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have strong communication skills. They must be able to speak and write fluently in English and work well in a team.
Junior / Senior positions are available. Candidates requiring a work permit in Singapore are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Customer service and success
- Address patient’s inquiries over various communication channels, mainly text-based messaging.
- Patient relations such as registration, and appointment booking.
- Assist and escalate user and technical issues to relevant departments
Order fulfillment
- Dispensing of medications
- Packaging and dispatching of orders on time
- Handle customer verification and billing
- Monitoring and follow-up on medical report, patient requests etc
Administrative duties
- Stock-taking and inventory check
- Clinic housekeeping
- Other administrative duties such as data entry, and bookkeeping, as required.
Qualities we are looking for
- Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A / O / NITEC qualification
- Background in healthcare, or another frontline service such as F&B and hospitality is a plus
- Compassionate and sensitive towards customers
- Comfortable communicating with medical providers & patients
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with google docs and spreadsheets
- Candidates with no previous healthcare experience are welcome to apply

Expected salary:
$18,200 - $31,200 (inclusive of AWS bonus)
