  • Develop comprehensive project schedules using scheduling software proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Consider resource constraints and availability when developing the project schedule.
  • Identify the critical path in the project schedule, which represents the sequence of tasks that must be completed on time for the project to finish as scheduled.
  • Monitor critical activities closely to prevent delays in the overall project timeline.
  • Regularly update and monitor project progress by collecting data from project teams and comparing actual progress against the planned schedule.
  • Analyze and report any deviations from the schedule and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering or relevant industry
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in related project support, be proficient in Primavera P6 for design and construction projects.
  • Proficient level of English both oral and written
  • Comprehensive range administrative skills and client support services
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer
