- Take charge of the Accounts Receivable procedure, dealing with outstanding accounts.
- Manage employee claims and manage the cash book.
- Oversee ISO management and handle internal and external audit concerns.
Direct, interpret and administer the company's policies and procedures. Generally coordinate all project &^ repair operations and activities with multiple departments to ensure all operations are carried out safely and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations. May prepare annual budgets and monitor variances. May develop and oversee workers development programs.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
COMPETENCIES: Ability to apply skill sets and demonstrate proven experience developing, improving and streamlining processes to meet established goals and objectives. Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope.
May require extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time.
