Operations
- Clinic opening and closing procedures
- Attend to patients once they walk into clinic
- Appointment taking of patients
- Registering patients
- Billing out a patient
- Contacting patients to remind and/or follow up on treatments they’ve done
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining cleanliness of premises
- Monitor stock levels of inventory and ensure that stock levels are maintained at all times and to report to relevant department when there are any discrepancies
- Monitor expiration of all items in clinic and to report to relevant department when any item has reached or passed its expiration
Patientcare & Procedures/Treatments
- Able to perform various procedures like facials and body treatments that meets patient’s needs and expectations while ensuring patient’s safety
- Able to perform device-based treatments such as Hydrafacial, IPL, Fat Freezing
- Assist Doctors during procedures
- Answering to patient’s inquiries and clarifying doubts if any
- Explain to patients on steps of their selected treatment and what to expect after
- Explain possible risks and downtime (if any) of treatment and ensure they sign consent form
- Checking Dr’s consult notes and following up with patient accordingly including dispensing correct items and making the necessary arrangements – i.e. follow up appointment.
Sales
- Ascertain patients’ end goal for their skin/body and provide the necessary recommendations that will work in tandem to doctors’ procedures
- Able to create a need for patient to return
- Able to cross sell full architecture of business
- Able to recommend suitable products and treatments based on patient’s concerns
- Able to learn fast and acquire thorough knowledge on all clinic’s treatments and products
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
