Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, monitoring and reviewing of schedules and plans for construction activities
- To develop, monitor and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for construction works
- To develop and follow through a system of project progress monitoring to identify schedule compliance and for potential claims analysis
- To perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities
- To provide information and assist in the analysis of claims utilizing schedule information and capabilities of the scheduling system to provide accurate picture of construction activities and events
- Any other duties deemed necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in civil and structural engineering
- With minimum five (5) years of relevant construction experience
- At least 2 years of experience in development of project schedules for every phase of the construction project life-span by using Primavera P6
- Experience in coordinating with design teams and contractors, particularly in large and complex Transport/Healthcare/Commercial projects
- Possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word
- Able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels
- Good presentation skills
