Responsibilities:
- Going to pet stores around Singapore, serving existing clients and building relationship with new ones
- Prepare, present sales presentation to customer
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor customers' credit facilities to ensure prompt payments.
- Handle customers' complaints and quality issues as well as solving problems that arise from customers' orders.
- Assist in preparation of stock when order load gets heavy
Qualifications:
- At least a GCE 'O' level certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
- Must have a Class 3/3A/3C Driving license
