Salling Search is currently looking for a Key Account Executive, to further develop our growing business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters to build talent sourcing strategies.
- Build pipelines through various channels - Talent mapping, referrals, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Pre-screening of candidates through phone calls and interviews.
- Engage and activate passive candidates through Boolean searches and Linkedin.
- Network with top talent both in the region and globally.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of coordination and diary management, time management and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound IT skills.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
