Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry:
- Accurately input data into banking systems, ensuring all financial transactions are entered correctly and efficiently.
- Verify and edit data as needed, cross-checking input with source documents.
2. Record Maintenance:
- Maintain databases and ensure that records are up to date.
- Archive historical information as required.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Assist in the processing of back-office tasks such as account maintenance and transaction processing.
4. Document Management:
- Organize, file, and retrieve documents and reports.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
5. Compliance:
- Follow all regulatory and departmental data entry and processing procedures.
- Support the compliance team by providing data for audits.
6. Customer Service:
- Respond to internal inquiries related to data and transactions.
- Communicate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies or issues.
