- Overall, responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating the resident care activities.
- Supervise the nursing team and ensure staff provides quality and safe care at all times.
- Display clinical leadership in delivery of care and nursing practice.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing with valid practicing license with SNB.
- At least 4 years of clinical and nursing management experience and in Psychiatric/Geriatric setting.
- Positive, compassionate and customer service oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
