- We are seeking a Production & Logistics Manager to oversee the manufacturing and distribution operations for a new pleasurecraft series. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient & quality controlled production processes, coordinating with production teams to streamline processes, and constantly adopt & improve best practices in boat manufacturing. Incumbent must ensure timely delivery of product to customers, as well as problem solving down the logistics chain.
- Incumbent must ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to boat manufacturing, safety, and environmental protection, as well as implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control measures in the production facility and logistics operations.
