Healthcare Service Manager
Having been in practice since 2009, we are a family-friendly facility with a solid presence in Singapore's central region, having earned the confidence of several devoted patrons. We are a community-oriented, holistic clinic in Ang Mo Kio. We are currently looking for a qualified Health Service Manager/ Director to join our team.
Role:
- Able to play a role in strategic planning, a thorough grasp of healthcare administration, and an emphasis on enhancing patient care quality and efficiency.
- To create and execute operational plans in line with the overarching objectives of the healthcare institution.
- To work in tandem with the team to guarantee that operational strategies complement the healthcare facility's long-term goals.
- Able to simplify processes in order to save expenses, increase the quality of patient care, and raise overall operational efficacy.
- To guarantee the provision of top-notch patient care, implement quality procedures, create and keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to monitor and enhance company’s performance.
- Able to carry out routine performance reviews, offer constructive criticism, and encourages professional growth.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary care and protocols.
- Knowledge and experience in physiotherapy modalities a plus.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Alternative Healthcare, Physical Therapy.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
