- Ensure that documents records are sorted, prepared, scanned, indexed accurately
- Perform quality assurance
- Track and organise documents
- To provide administrative support
- To attend to phone enquiries
- Prepare documentation
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only.
- Possess GCE ‘A’ Level/ Diploma in any field
- Prior working experience as an administrator will be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience is a must
- Able to speak and write Korea, Chinese, English
