Job Description:
- Execute culinary dishes according to the established menu and recipes.
- Assist in menu development and preparation.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years proven similar western kitchen experience in well-known western restaurant.
- Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized institution.
- Creative and passionate about culinary arts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of culinary trends and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
