JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for compiling accurate and timely reports about staff development to Head Office. Support Admin Manager in office administrative matters in the Singapore office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and compile up-to-date staff data and statistic reports to the Head Office
- Responsible for preparing notification materials and submission to the Head Office
- Responsible for office renovation and maintenance
- Responsible for office car leasing
- In charge of Expatriate management
- Responsible for Tenancy Agreement
- Office procurement of pantry supplies and office stationery
- Manage corporate travel arrangement
- Up keeping of daily staff attendance
- Organize corporate team-building
- Taking minutes of meeting
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· GCE ‘A’ level / Diploma in Business Administrative
· Minimum 8 years of related experience
· Excellent communication and writing skills both in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese Stakeholders in China.
· Good Computer skills MS Office; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
· Highly detail oriented, good organizational skills
