Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Scope

· Responsible for month end closing, assist with budgeting and forecast activities.

· Manage and coordinate with tax agents and external accountant engaged to handle any part of the accounting work

· Prepare GST report and filing

· Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls

· Prepare and submit monthly reports as required

· Prepare AR Aging report and monitor collections

· Ensure payments to vendors or any other external parties are properly authorized and supported with adequate information

· Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Accounting or similar discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is fundamental
  • Experience using AutoCount Accounting Software is an advantage

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good command of English and Chinese languages (both written and spoken)

  • Positive working attitude.

Able to manage deadlines
