Business Development Deputy Director

- Acquire new clients to increase unique client base
- Increase new client contacts
- Cross Selling - understand client’s business needs and provide business solutions
- Customer Centricity – initiate and build good relationship with clients
Pre-Requisites
- Proven track record in sales / business development / client services
- Tertiary education
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Adaptable, innovative
- Good to have: HR knowledge and legislations
Job Description:
- Achieve the target, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Acquire new clients to increase unique client base
- Leads generation
- Build relationship through networking events, sales visits, cold calling, social media outreach
- Customer Centricity – initiate and build good relationship with clients
- Cross sell: Understand client’s business needs and provide business solutions
- Ensure adherence and compliance of processes e.g. front office tool adoption, MOM legislation, internal governance etc
