Roles:
-Achieve sales financial targets set
-Develop and implement new effective sales and marketing strategies/initiatives
-Proactively seek new sales opportunities. Customer development .
-Negotiate and close agreements
-Create product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
-Work across internal departments effectively to increase and maximize sales
-Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients/customers

Job Requirement:
-At least 4 years of business development or account management background with a proven track record
-Self-motivated, desire to excel and enthusiastic
-People management skills
-Good flair in product creation, sales performance and meet financial targets
-Good presentation and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and to meet targets
-Creativity and problem-solving skills
-Good knowledge of marketing techniques
