Operations Manager/ Assistant Manager (ACMV/HVAC)

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of operations management, employee development, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Resolve client inquiries and remarks, services.
  • Oversee the completion of repair, maintenance, and emergency work within the proper standards.
  • In charge of directing the company, customers, and employee’s management of development and operations.
  • Recognize the requirements of every location to address operational problems.
  • Inspect all site actions follow the rules that consumers have established.
  • Arrange inspections to assess customer satisfaction, inventory, task progress, and technician performance.
  • Hold daily meetings with the team to discuss and make improvements.
  • Develop staff training programs that cover SOP and safety guidelines.
  • Respond to calls for assistance and handle requests after regular business hours.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field of study.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing ACMV projects.
  • Has a good record of Customer Support
