Responsibilities:
- In charge of operations management, employee development, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
- Resolve client inquiries and remarks, services.
- Oversee the completion of repair, maintenance, and emergency work within the proper standards.
- In charge of directing the company, customers, and employee’s management of development and operations.
- Recognize the requirements of every location to address operational problems.
- Inspect all site actions follow the rules that consumers have established.
- Arrange inspections to assess customer satisfaction, inventory, task progress, and technician performance.
- Hold daily meetings with the team to discuss and make improvements.
- Develop staff training programs that cover SOP and safety guidelines.
- Respond to calls for assistance and handle requests after regular business hours.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field of study.
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing ACMV projects.
- Has a good record of Customer Support
