We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities:
- Collaborating on project contracting strategies and establishing contract schedules and overall plans.
- Developing detailed contract plans for various disciplines involved in pharmaceutical plant construction.
- Conducting comprehensive surveys to assess contract capabilities for the project's requirements.
- Compiling a bidders list and securing necessary approvals.
- Maintaining organized contract files in line with project protocols.
- Crafting bid packages based on engineering data and project needs.
- Facilitating bid explanation meetings to ensure bidders understand scope of work.
- Fairly evaluating bid documents, including technical assessments.
- Generating regular contract status reports.
- Coordinating final work acceptance and safeguarding pricing information.
- Providing recommendations and coordinating contract awards.
- Drafting and executing contract documents in support of the legal team.
- Conducting site meetings to monitor progress and ensure contract compliance.
- Managing contracts, documenting changes promptly, and processing invoices.
